Let the fitness journey begin!

I know it's only been five days...

But I feel amazing! 
I'll admit it was a rough start, but I feel like there is a difference in how my body looks. I'm averaging about 8 bottles of water a day, and sticking to healthier foods and no soda.

I'm also doing about about half the exercise I would like too - just because it takes me an hour to stretch, warm up, do one set of legs/arms/abs (exercise list on fitness page) and cool down.
All while fighting this horrible cold I have at the moment.
